Our Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Reps and Sets App (the "App"), operated by Astrochimp, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The Reps and Sets App is a fitness tracking application that allows users to:

• Log and track workout sessions
• Record sets, repetitions, and weights
• Monitor fitness progress over time
• Create and customize workout routines
• Access exercise databases and instructions
• Set and track fitness goals

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program
• You use the App and follow any workout recommendations at your own risk
• We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App
• The App should not replace professional medical advice or supervision
• You are responsible for listening to your body and exercising safely
• Any fitness or health information provided is for general guidance only

6. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App, including workout data, notes, and customizations. However, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the App's services
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• Display your content back to you within the App

Content Standards

Any content you share must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Comply with applicable laws
• Respect the rights of others
• Not contain harmful or offensive material

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Astrochimp, LLC and are protected by:

• United States and international copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Trade secret laws
• Other intellectual property rights

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrochimp, LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage
• Damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware or through binding arbitration as described below.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrochimp, LLC regarding the use of the App.
